We are currently sponsoring the gperfect fith size for our standard shapes. Die expenses are not required for our standard shapes. We are also able to handle various non-standardized shapes which require specially formed options. Purchasing orders from 1 unit is available. We provide services from prototype/development to mass production. Whether you are a new customer or not, all contract related information will be treated with confidentiality and maintained to the highest degree.

By adding process options to the standard shapes, it allows Easy-Made Stainless Press Drawn (Deep Drawn) Pipes, the flexibility to handle a wide variety of non-standard shapes as well.
By selecting the standardized options of outer diameter, length, and density, along with providing the standard shape plus any specialized shape options, we can provide the gperfect fith size for your request.
*1 Depending on your needs, we can also provide a separate heat transfer process (annealing), which will help in prevention of Stress corrosion cracking, along with maintaining non-magnetic properties in the product.

A standard shape refers to the combination of length, inner diameter, flange measurements, etc. for the stainless press drawn (deep drawn) pipe and to which the press process inside the die is deemed feasible by our company.
