Instructions on how to fill in the order form

• Fill in the Fax Transmission Date
• Enter your contact information details

  Items Needed: Company, Name, and Telephone Number

• Enter details of the order

  Items Needed: Size and Quantity
  For Ready-Made Orders, fill in the area labeled as gStainless Press Drawn Pipe Standard Product.h
  For Spring Case size, please fill in the inner diameter (D1) and length (L) for the dimensions of the spring case.

Instructions for saving your order form

• Please click on the Ready-Made Spring Case Order Form (Fax Form).
• A new window will open.
• Click on the Save As button from the toolbar (Floppy Disk icon).
• You will see a dialog box for saving your form.
• Please enter the save location and file name of the form.
• Click on the Save button.
• E The Ready-Made Spring Case Order Form is now saved on your computer.

Instructions on how to print out your saved order form

• Use either My Computer or Explorer to find and display your saved order form.
• Double-click the saved order form.
• Acrobat Reader will now start.
• Click on the Print button (printer icon) from the toolbar.
• A print dialog box will be displayed.
• Click on the OK button.
• The order form will print on your default printer.
